The 50 States of Solar is a quarterly report covering legislative and regulatory changes under consideration related to Net Metering and Other Distributed Solar Compensation Structures, Distributed Solar Valuation Efforts, State Community Solar Policies, Residential Fixed Charge Increases (Investor-Owned Utilities), Residential Demand Charges and Solar Customer Charges (Investor-Owned Utilities), Third-Party Ownership Legality, and Utility-Led Rooftop Solar Programs.

The 50 States of Grid Modernization is a quarterly report covering legislative and regulatory changes under consideration related to advanced ,metering infrastructure, smart grid technologies, energy storage, microgrids, and regulatory reforms. These actions relate to Studies and Investigations, Planning and Market Access, Utility Business Model and Rate Reforms, State Policies, Financial Incentives, and State and Utility Deployment.

The 50 States of Electric Vehicles is a quarterly report covering legislative and regulatory changes under consideration related to electric vehicles (including all-electric, plug-in hybrid electric, and zero-emission vehicles) and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. These actions relate to Studies and Investigations, State Regulation, Utility Rate Design, Market Development Policies and Programs, Financial Incentives, and State and Utility Deployment.

LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY TRACKING

Biweekly legislative and regulatory tracking builds upon the analysis included in the 50 States quarterly reports by providing updates on a biweekly, rather than quarterly, basis. Updates are delivered to your library in excel spreadsheet format and include a summary of each active bill and regulatory proceeding, as well as links to original bills and dockets.
